Dental Implant Training

Aside from providing dental implant services to our clients, Brighton Implant Clinic also provides training programs for dentists. We currently offer three programs for dentists, namely:

Composite Course.

The course aims to provide participants with knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience to confidently apply techniques learnt together with advanced materials to promote function and aesthetics in clinical dentistry. The training is run in conjunction with Ivoclar and teaches dentists how to achieve natural life like aesthetics with Empress Direct Composite Resins. Dental materials today offer better handling properties, superior aesthetics and longer lasting restorations. Empress direct composite resins can be used in tooth coloured restorations.

FREE Restorative Course.

Brighton Implant Clinic offers a Free Restorative Course that focuses on dental implants. The course is designed to help dentists acquire the necessary skills and equipment knowledge to start restoring dental implants. If you are a dentist and are not currently working with dental implants, this is the recommended starting point in education at the Brighton Implant Clinic. This free course which is run in conjunction with Implant Direct Sybron offers dentists an insight into dental implant treatment. Many dentists may not want to be involved in the surgical placement of implants however restoring dental implants is interesting and extremely rewarding.

Implant Mentor Program.

The program aims to provide general dental practitioners with the proper training to diagnose and treat prospective implant patients. The course also includes live dental implant surgery, case reviews, protocol discussions and so much more. If you are considering introducing dental implants into your dental practice, this is the course which we recommend to dentists. This year long modular course offers participants hands on training, small group discussions and unlimited time with our implants surgeons. After completing the training program we will be more than happy to help mentor your dental implant training progress.
