Dr Silva has invested in a Zeiss Pico microscope to gain better vision when carrying out complex procedures eg root canals and cosmetic dentistry. Because we place a great emphasis on working to the best of our ability, this technology helps us achieve better results.
In addition patients can now see live video of exactly what the dentist sees.
Microscope-supported video documentation is ideally suited for recording diagnostic findings, demonstrating the various stages of treatment on the monitor, and hence achieving optimum communication with the patient. This allows clear explanation of any required therapy, giving patients a better understanding of the expertise and skills required for the dentist's work.
Mandibular tooth 46 with two mesial canals. Using a microscope greatly enhances the sucess of treatment as the dentist is able to clearly see very minute details.
