How much do Implants Cost?

We guarentee that you wont find dental implants cheaper anywhere else in the UK. A single tooth dental implant will cost £995 ( inclusive of dental implant, final abutment and metal ceramic crown) that is more than 50% less than most other UK clinics. 

Our clinic has been specifically designed for dental implant treatments and hence we provide dental implants 6 days a week.  We see patients from the whole of the UK who travel to see us because we save patients hundreds of pounds on dental implant treatment.

During the FREE initial assessment which is 1 hour long, we will discuss your current dental health and what treatment can be provided at Brighton Implant Clinic. A panoramic radiograph is sometimes required and this is provided FREE OF CHARGE. After the initial assessment you will be provided with a detailed treatment plan and cost.

You may wonder how we are able to keep our prices so low compared to other clinics in our area. Our concept is to provide dental implant treatment in the UK at affordable prices. Many patients choose to travel to our european neighbours for more affordable dental treatment however dont realise that this is not always cheaper than having treatment in the UK. Our lead implantologist Dr Bruno Silva who has placed over 2000 succesful implants during the last 8 years believes that Dental Implants should be more affordable for patients. Because we have more affordable fees we carry out  more dental implant treatments than most UK clinics.  We see patients from the entire UK, aswell as some patients from Europe. We are always happy to provide fixed teeth for patients who have been suffering with missing teeth or loose dentures everyday !
