Brighton Implant Clinic, centers of excellence for dental implants and cosmetic dentistry are located in modern clinics in the heart of the cosmopolitan City of Brighton and Hove and Hailsham. The Brighton Implant Clinics have been carefully planned and designed to make our patient’s visits as comfortable and stress free as possible. Our Hove clinic opened in March 2009 and we are proud to say that its futuristic architecture still makes people stop and look inside as they pass by. The clinic has received an outstanding architectural award as well as Best New Practice 2009 and Most Attractive Practice 2010.

Our Brighton and Hailsham branches opened shortly after in 2011.
It was Dr Bruno Silva’s dream to create a calming and relaxing cosmetic surgery offering the very best clinical techniques utilizing the very latest cosmetic dentistry technology, complimented by a professional and friendly team of experienced dentists, dental technicians, dental nurses and administrative staff.

We have a total of 13 surgeries, over 3 branches with brand new, innovative equipment. Our dental team, including Oral Surgeons, Maxillo Facial and Oral surgeons, dentists , hygienists and dental Nurses, use advanced technology and up-to-date clinical techniques.
World class facilities
The centres comprise of state-of-the-art fully compliant disabled access surgical operating theatres, central sterilisation areas fully equipped with Lisa Sterilizers and a Dumb Waiter to every surgery. Our fully air-conditioned clinics are furnished with top of the range Italian Dental Art furniture. Each of our surgeries house the very best Kavo Estetica dental chairs.
Patient safety
In each surgery cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, with full time cleaning staff, the surgeries are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. We have on-site dental laboratory, patient recovery lounge and training facilities for dental implant surgery. To streamline our services, we have also invested in a cone beam CT scanner for dental CT Scans.
Most important to us are our patients, we treat them with special care, we have a recovery room with comfy Italian leather sofas and a 32inch LCD TV to help patients relax in comfort after their treatment. We can even arrange accomodation at some of Brighton’s top hotels for patients traveling from further away.
