The Brighton Implant Clinic is the centre of excellence for dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. Our modern clinics are conveniently located in the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Brighton, as well as in Hove and Hailsham. We have carefully planned and designed the Brighton Implant Clinics to make our patient’s visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
The Hove clinic opened in March 2009, and we are proud to report that its futuristic architecture continues to make people stop and look inside as they pass by. In addition, the beautifully designed Hove clinic has received an outstanding architecture award, as well as the “Best New Practice 2009” and “Most Attractive Practice 2010” awards.
New Clinics in Brighton and Hailsham
Our Brighton and Hailsham clinics opened shortly after the Hove clinic, in 2011. The clinics are a product of Dr. Bruno Silva’s dream to create a calm and relaxing cosmetic surgery environment for his patients, while offering the latest clinical techniques. He took that vision a step further by adding a highly professional, yet friendly team of experienced and dedicated dentists, dental technicians, dental nurses and administrative staff who update their dental education continually.

Our 13 surgical units feature brand-new, innovative equipment. Our dental team of highly skilled, experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons, dentists, hygienists and dental nurses all use the most advanced technologies and the latest clinical techniques.
World class facilities
The Brighton Implant Clinic is comprised of state-of-the-art, yet completely compliant disabled access surgical operating theatres. The central sterilization areas are fully equipped with modern Lisa Sterilizers and a dumb waiter for each surgery. We have furnished our comfortably air-conditioned clinics with top of the line Italian dental art furniture. Each surgical unit features top-quality Kavo Estetica dental chairs.
Patient safety
Because cleanliness and hygiene are paramount to us, we have a fulltime cleaning staff that thoroughly cleans our surgical units daily. In addition, there is an on-site modern dental laboratory, a relaxing patient recovery lounge and special training facilities for dental implant surgery. We have also invested in a cone beam CT scanner for dental CT scans, so we can assist our patients in a faster, more efficient manner.
Most important to us are our patients, so we treat each person with special care. Our recovery rooms are equipped with comfortable Italian leather sofas and 32-inch LCD televisions to help patients relax calmly after their treatment. We will even arrange accommodations at some of Brighton’s top hotels for those patients who must travel from further away.
