Brighton Implant Clinic, centre of excellence for dental implants and cosmetic dentistry is located in a modern clinic in the heart of the cosmopolitan City of Brighton & Hove, close to the sea. Brighton Implant Clinic has been carefully planned and designed to make our patients visit as comfortable and stress free as possible. The clinic opened in March 2009 and we are proud to say that its futuristic architecture still makes people stop and look inside as they pass by.

The Brighton Implant Clinic has been the dream of Dr Bruno Silva, to create a calming and relaxing cosmetic surgery offering the very best clinical techniques utilizing the very latest in cosmetic dentistry technology, complimented by a professional and friendly team of experienced Cosmetic Specialists from all fields of dentistry supported by a highly skilled team of dental nurses, admin staff, Marketing, Web Design and a Dental Laboratory in-house.

Brighton Implant Clinic provides all the aspects of dental implants and cosmetic treatments including: veneers, crowns, bridges and tooth whitening. We have five surgeries with brand new, innovative equipment. Our dental team, including Implant Specialist, Endodontist, Prodsthodontist, Hygienist and Dental Nurses, use advanced technology and up-to-date clinical techniques.

The centre comprises of state-of-the-art fully compliant disabled access surgical operating theatre, central sterilisation area fully equipped with Lisa Sterilizers and a Dumb Waiter to every surgery. Our fully air-conditioned clinic is furnished with top of the range Italian Dental Art furniture. Each of our five surgeries house the very best Kavo Estetica dental chairs.

In each surgery cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, with full time cleaning staff, the surgeries are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. We have on-site dental laboratory, patient recovery lounge and training facilities for dental implant surgery. To streamline our services, we have also invested in a cone beam CT scanner for dental CT Scans.

Most important to us are our patients, we treat them with special care, we have a recovery room with comfy Italian leather sofas and a 32inch LCD TV to help patients relax in comfort after their treatment. We can even arrange accomodation at some of Brighton's top hotels  for patients traveling from further away.
