Brighton Implant Clinic, centre of excellence for Dental Implants and cosmetic dentistry is located in a modern clinic in the heart of the cosmopolitan City of Brighton & Hove, close to the sea. Brighton Implant Clinic has been specifically planned and designed to make our patient's visit as comfortable and stress free as possible.

Brighton Implant Clinic is one of very few clinics in the UK which provide predominantly only dental implants. We are fortunate enough to have the very best equipment in order to make the diagnosis and treatment planning of dental implant treatment more accurate. We also have an in house dental laboratory which makes all of our dental laboratory work. We have also recently invested in a CAD CAM milling system ( KAVO Everest ) We provide dental implants every day, 6 days per week. We understand patient expectations and strive to provide the best treatment for our patients.

The clinic opened in March 2009 and we are proud to say that its futuristic architecture still makes people stop and look inside as they pass by. It is not surprising as the clinic was designed with an Avant-Garde influence. Brighton Implant Clinic is a Dr Silva employed the services of award winning Portuguese architect Pedra Silva Architects to design a modern, contemporary and above all calming environment within the clinic. With a great focus on attention to intricate detail, right from the first moment you enter the clinic with its full glass front and red brick fascia, you are met with three receptionists and a spacious and modern seating area, our Waiting Room is fitted with Barcelona Chairs, designed by Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe, which comprise comfort with a contemporary look that perfectly harmonises with the overall aesthetics of the clinic's interior.

Only the very latest and best Dental Technology is used at the clinic

The centre comprises of state-of-the-art fully compliant disabled access surgical operating theatre, central sterilisation area fully equipped with Lisa Sterilizers and a Dumb Waiter to every surgery. Our fully air-conditioned clinic is furnished with top of the range Italian Dental Art furniture. Each of our five surgeries boast the very best Kavo Estetica dental chairs.  In each surgery cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, with full time cleaning staff, the surgeries are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. We are also fully computerised and operate a complete paperless patient database helping to minimise use of paper and be kinder to the environment.

On site Dental laboratory

We have an on-site dental laboratory, patient recovery lounge and training facilities for dental implant surgery. To streamline our services, we have also invested in a cone beam CT scanner for dental CT Scans. Most important to us are our patients, we treat them with special care, we have a recovery room that houses yet more designer Italian furniture, a 32inch LCD TV with Freeview, and a wrought Iron fireplace to give a homely feel. And all these things contribute to giving our patients a Smile With Confidence!
